All you have to do is download the TeamViewer app below and give Computer Momma the password and she will login to your computer and do her magic.
The online PC support that she provides, VIA text/phone-based support she will help you understand your computer issues and then while you sit back and watch, she will resolve and protect your computer from further issues.
